About Us

Our consulting firm is run by two experienced IT professionals.  With 25 years of combined knowledge, we aren't your average computer geeks who know "just enough to be dangerous." We have certifications and real-world experience implementing and managing small business networks that rely on current technology. We're insured for errors and omissions as well as general liability, so you can rest assured that your critical business information is in good hands.  Our clients expect their technology to just work so they can be productive and worry about running their business.  We pride ourselves on being reachable and available.  You won't have to wait hours or days to reach us for help!

Louis LeBlanc

I'm a Ragin' Cajun from Louisiana who moved to Portland in 2001 to take over the IT environment of a local retailer.  After rebuilding their infrastructure, I ventured out into the entreprenurial world and have been building a quality portfolio of Portland small businesses where I keep their computers and networks humming.  I have a B.S. in Business Management and use that education to focus my technology skills on their bottom line.  I hold technical certifications from Microsoft and Dell and have 15 years of experience building and managing small business networks.  My passionate hobby is distance running. I've completed 14 marathons with a personal best of 2:55.

Mike Rosenfeld

I'm a native Oregonian by way of Pennsylvania and the Susquehanna Valley.  I moved to the Willamette Valley when I was 10 years old. After 25+ years I get to add the word native (note the small “n”) in front of the word Oregonian.  I have a unique skill set of being able to speak two languages; Geek and English. After 13 years in the bicycle industry I went back to school to take on computers and networking as a second career. I quickly discovered that customer service skills really come in handy when helping people through their frustration with technology. The most geeky thing about me: I love to play Xbox regularly with a group of friends on Friday nights.  The biggest non geeky thing about me is my lovely wife and my two wonderful daughters.   I also love to ride and race bicycles. I actually own more bikes than I do computers!
