We offer two approaches to addressing your IT needs.
- Fixed rate, monthly support contract. We call this our "shared risk model". Working with you, we determine an appropriate, fixed cost based on the size and complexity of your environment and provide you with unlimited support and availability for a fixed cost. This proactive approach insures that your technology environment will always be functioning as it should and gives you a fixed IT cost to budget for. We become your IT department and system administrator! Always there when you need us, but without the widely varying cost or the overhead of a permanent employee.
- Hourly - For smaller companies that don't need a support contract. When needed, we will come to your office to install something new on your network, an emergency fix, or anything else that involves something integral to your business technology. No business needs are too small. If you have a network at your business, we can assist you with any IT related issue.
