Are you frustrated by a piece of technology at your home that just won't work right? We're here to help and will happily come to your home and fix whatever needs fixing! We're prompt, courteous, and professional. Our services are provided at a fair rate and we only charge you if we fix your issue. We can usually make an onsite visit within 24 to 48 hours. We service the Portland, OR metro area.

Service Offerings:
Onsite Services - Most issues can be resolved in 60-90 minutes. We will give you a firm estimate of the job after assessing the situation and will never surprise you.
Remote Services - If your computer is able to connect to the Internet, we can save you money by not having to come to your location. We connect directly to your computer and can provide assistance with any issue, and even provide training. We both see your screen at the same time!
Virus & Spyware Removal - Onsite or via remote access, we will clean your computer of infections and educate you on how to avoid future problems. We can also help you install the proper anti-malware software too. *We won't charge you if we can't fix the problem.
Flat Rate Jobs - If you require setup or installation services that are standard in nature, such as installing a home network, wireless router, or other hardware, we can provide you with an upfront, fixed cost.
Computer Training - Ever wish you knew how to fully utilize your operating system and application software? We provide personal training at your site using your computer. Become more productive and efficient by learning how to use ALL of the features of your computer.
